"Dla Luizy Effalunt" - Psychedelic Mayhem is back!

Psychedelic Mayhem hasn't played in the original trio format (Adam, Maja, Leszek) since ages. Well, not really ages. It was a year. We last met to jam in September 2023.

Perhaps the original trio will return, but Psychedelic Mayhem was always also into other Friendly Sessions.

This time, Adam was joined by Michał Sławski, a local poet and philosopher, author of 4 poetry books, the latest one titled "Słoń" ("Elephant").

Michał's love is named Luiza, so it was natural to put Luiza's name into the song title.

Well, not really a song, more a loose psychedelic jam for electric and bass guitar, with not much effects or aftertouches.

It was Adam's suggestion to also put "Elephant" in the title, but as "Effalunt", a name Adam recalls from a fable or fairytale his parents read him in his childhood.

The date of the recording was special. On October 15 Adam's Grandma was born.
She is now in the OtherRealms, but she would definitely enjoy the new Psychedelic Mayhem track.
Grandma was a 60's biker. Yeah, Grandmas were much cooler than most today's girls.

Anyway, enjoy the sound of Psychedelic Mayhem raw and direct.
